About Kate
Kate Kenney is the Founder of Path Advisory LLC and a Partner at RDG Capital Management LLC. She brings more than two decades of leadership experience across professional services, advisory, executive search, wealth management, and business operations.
At RDG Capital Management, Kate works with individuals, families, and business owners on long-term financial planning and wealth strategy, with a particular focus on owners navigating liquidity events, transitions, and next-stage planning.
Kate founded Path Advisory to help organizations solve growth, leadership, and operational challenges through strategic advisory, executive search, and interim leadership solutions. Her approach combines financial discipline, organizational insight, and practical execution—helping companies identify what is really holding them back before rushing into hires or restructures.
Throughout her career, Kate has led business launches, turnarounds, acquisitions, organizational restructures, and growth initiatives. She is known for bringing clarity to complex situations, aligning teams, and building strong client relationships rooted in trust and results.
Kate is also active in the nonprofit community and currently serves as Board Chair of Bivona Child Advocacy Center as well as a Board Member of FCA Upstate Lacrosse. She is passionate about leadership, helping others grow, and creating organizations that perform at a high level without losing their humanity.
